Hearthwa
Administrative support services overview

Three services, each one built around a real household need

All Hearthway services are organisational and informational. They are designed to complement, not replace, the independent professionals households choose to work with.

How Hearthway approaches each service

Each engagement follows the same underlying structure: scope agreed in writing, work carried out within that scope, materials delivered in the format the household needs. The three services address different stages of the administrative process — a household may need one, two or all three depending on where they are.

Stage 1

Orientation

Understand the general landscape of the process before deciding how to proceed. Suitable when a household is at the beginning and wants context before engaging professionals.

Stage 2

Preparation

Get documents and questions ready before a specific meeting with a lawyer, mediator or other professional. Suitable when a meeting is scheduled and the household wants to use the time well.

Stage 3

Ongoing coordination

Maintain an organised archive and managed calendar across a full year of activity. Suitable when the administrative process will span many months and needs consistent attention.

Process Orientation Briefing
Service 01

Process Orientation Briefing

A two-hour session that maps out, in general terms, how family-related administrative processes are typically sequenced in Malaysia. The briefing covers which documents are commonly gathered, which public bodies publish which forms, what the common terminology means and where official public guidance can be read directly. It is educational throughout — it describes typical general practice and does not comment on the client's own circumstances.

The briefing is suitable for an individual or for two family members attending together. Both parties receive the same materials and the same information — there is no orientation that favours one position over another.

  • Printed process map showing typical administrative sequencing
  • Document checklist of items typically gathered at each stage
  • Glossary of common terminology in Malaysian administrative processes
  • List of official public information sources for further reading
  • Written notes from the session
Duration 2 hours (in-person or video)
Price RM 540

Service 02

Meeting Preparation Worksheets and Agenda Planning

A structured service that helps a household prepare for meetings with independent professionals — lawyers, mediators, financial planners, counsellors or others they have chosen to engage. Working from the documents the household has already gathered, the Hearthway team assembles a clear question list, a one-page background summary, an agenda with time allocations and an indexed document pack that any participant can follow.

The scope is one preparation session plus two rounds of revision delivered over two to three weeks. The timeline can be compressed if a meeting is scheduled sooner. Both printed and digital versions of all materials are produced.

  • Structured question list grouped by topic
  • One-page background summary for the professional
  • Timed agenda with clear section headings
  • Printed and digital indexed document pack
  • Short note-taking template for the meeting itself
  • Two revision rounds included
Scope 2–3 weeks (one session + 2 revisions)
Price RM 1,610

Twelve-Month Coordination Support Plan
Service 03

Twelve-Month Coordination Support Plan

A year-long administrative arrangement for households managing a long-running set of family paperwork. The plan provides a maintained document index, monthly filing of new correspondence, quarterly reviews of the archive, versioned backups, calendar management for recurring dates and coordination of appointment logistics with the independent professionals the family has chosen.

Every element is organisational. The service tracks, files and schedules — it does not represent the family in any forum or interpret rules on their behalf. A named contact handles all client communication throughout the year. At the end of the twelve months, a summary file covering all activity is handed to the household.

  • Monthly filing of new correspondence and documents
  • Maintained and searchable document index
  • Four quarterly reviews of the complete archive
  • Versioned backups accessible on request
  • Calendar management for recurring administrative dates
  • Appointment coordination with chosen professionals
  • Named contact and year-end summary file
Duration 12 months
Price RM 4,380 / year

Standards across all services

These commitments apply to every Hearthway engagement regardless of which service a household selects.

Written scope before work begins

Every engagement is described in writing — what is included, what is excluded and what the household receives at the end.

Secure document handling

Documents shared with Hearthway are stored securely and used only for the purpose of the service. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Household neutrality

Where two household members are involved, both perspectives receive equal treatment. Materials do not reflect any particular position.

Clearly labelled outputs

All materials produced by Hearthway are labelled as organisational or informational. Nothing we produce can be mistaken for professional advice.

Agreed delivery timelines

Work is completed within the timelines agreed at the start of each engagement. If anything changes, we communicate clearly before it affects delivery.

One business day responses

Enquiries and questions from active clients receive a response within one business day during office hours.

Pricing summary

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Each service is a single fixed engagement — there are no ongoing fees unless a household selects the Twelve-Month Coordination Plan.
